@koreanfoxy21 i used to have that problem about 3 weeks ago when i first started working out my abs, so i researched around a little and found out that putting my arms behind my head so they cross each other (putting hands on my neck) helps to let your abs do the work instead of straining your neck muscles. after I did that for about a week my abs were strong enough to pull myself up without having to “cradle” my arms. hope this helped!

I’m trying to get abs, now.
I already have kind-of a flat stomah but I want abs.
I’ve been doing the exercises of this video and a few other exercises
(about 20-30 instead of 12) and it seems very effective!
I’m 17,btw.
Does anyone know if these really do work .. I do them atleast 4 times a week ?

You don’t really HAVE to hear it-
or you can find an exercise video that has subtitles.
