thanks for this. After being trapped in a truck for several years my body has atrophied to a point where spending money on a gym is pointless. Hopefully this summer I’ll be able to get outside. I should be able to do some of these. Thanks for all you do. Keep up the good work.

Thank you so much .I usually don’t enjoy outdoor workouts, I was not able to push myself hard enough since my outdoor training were laking structure-but this workout is excellent.I could barely walk afterward)). Thank again
