this product is really pretty great over all. I have it in the pink petal and white pattern. it holds all my sports gear and I love the valuables pocket and the extra side pocket for small items you don’t want to have to search for amongst all your gear. the only thing that can be a little annoying is the shoulder strap. it is really squeaky when you use it and walk with it on your shoulder. that is the only reason I rated this bag 4 out of 5 stars. otherwise this bag is awesome!

I needed as much space as I could get away with for a carry on. This bag is perfect, it is roomy and fits 3 days worth of clothes, 3 pairs of heels, and a small coat + blow dryer, straightner, and makeup stuff. Great sized bag.

I purchased this item to use as a gym bag. The size is good and has plenty of room for items. That was the pros. And now the cons:
The bag only has two chambers: one on the side and the big chamber. it would have been nice if it had two side chambers, or a place for a water bottle.
The bag needs double zipper on the side pocket.
The shoulder strap will kill your shoulder, as there is no ‘pad’ to cushion the weight.

I wanted a small yet spacious bag for going to the gym. This is durable, comfortable to carry and has plenty of room for a change of clothes, gym clothes, shoes and a towel. Still room left over for personal items, i.e. wallet, phone, keys.
