Question by Just Me.: Cardio workouts? (Gym and no gym equipment).?
Any body know what I should be doing for my fitness?
Like;
running, cycling bikes, crunches, and whatever else for cardio in or out the gym. I want to improve my cardio allot, I am only 14, any body know hot to do this? – I want to train for sports day, and that’s 7-8 months away, so I have a good training time, I will probably go to gym every day but thursdays because I do P.E at school, plus I have Teakwondo lessons any way. Can any body help me?
Every week day, wont be training Sat and Sun.
Age: Fourteen.
Gender: Male.

I like playing pick up games of bball. Full court games 5v5 are very good cardio especially if people run fast breaks. Even 3v3 is a good workout as long as you dont stand in one spot and u are always moving.
