Trash The Excuses And Achieve Lifetime Fitness

Posted on Mar 05, 2010 under Lifetime Fitness | No Comment

As we reach a specific age bracket, we spend a lot of time pondering about our fitness and health.  You’ll hear the phrase ‘fitness and health’ everywhere.  You can hear it being acknowledged on the television, being said by your health care providers or hearing it from your friends.  One of the most powerful components of lifetime fitness is exercise – simply a mens workout.   But how often do you think, “I haven’t got the time?”

Exercise is a significant component of fitness and health for it has the flexibility to keep your metabolism going as a way to burn the surplus fat that you have stored in your body.  So why is this lifetime fitness regime relegated because of the excuse of “lack of time?”
Very often it is because of a heavy work schedule, jobs to do at home, or family commitments.  There are all kinds of excuses you could think up.

However, because reaching and maintaining lifetime fitness is so important to your health and well-being, you must not always accept these excuses as sound reasons.  You can always make time for a fitness session if you really want to.  Remember that it is your body that is at stake here.  Without it, how would you function?  So isn’t it much better to reward it with lifetime fitness?

There are a variety of instances when you could make time for a mens workout that you may like to consider.

The usual time for people to exercise is during the morning.  Performing your exercise routine during the morning would be a great method to your day.  You will really feel as if your blood is circulating properly after each exercise and this would really prepare you for the day.

However, you have to go to work or have some other important task to do.  No excuse.  Just set your alarm clock to wake you earlier than your usual time.  After a few days of doing you’re your body clock will begin to adapt to your new regime.

You could keep your mens workouts short to say, 15 min sessions to fit them into your schedule.  What you could do to is attempt to exercise while watching the morning or evening news.  By using this method, you would be able to complete your exercise routine just as the show goes to its conclusion.

One other way is to search out somebody who can do the workout routines with you.  With this, you’ll not really feel bored whilst working out and not notice the time passing.  You will not notice that 30 minutes has quickly gone by.  With this means, you aren’t just working towards fitness yourself but, you’re encouraging a buddy to do the same also.

So, you can see that you can make time for a mens workout simply by adjusting your schedule.   So beat the “I haven’t got the time” excuse and take positive steps towards achieving lifetime fitness.

Lifetime Fitness? You Are Lucky To Have The Chance.

Posted on Feb 27, 2010 under Lifetime Fitness | No Comment

I visited a 2nd World War site today and it brought home to me just how lucky we all are today to have the opportunities to keep ourselves fit and well nourished.  During the war years, with food rationing in the UK there was hardly enough food available to keep alive let alone have a choice.  Lifetime fitness was not really on the agenda.

Well, we have a choice today and what do we do?  We eat loads of junk food and pile on the belly fat.  Do we not have a duty with everything that is available to us today, to keep ourselves fit and healthy?

Think about it and then do something about it.  You have a choice, they didn’t.

Muscle Workouts Will Help Rocket Your Golf Swing Training

Posted on Feb 26, 2010 under Lifetime Fitness | No Comment

To be able to perform certain movements needed to execute a great golf swing necessitates major muscles in your body playing an important role.  You need to include muscle workouts in your training.  It is no longer enough to know just the theory.

Swinging a golf club around 18 holes puts a strain on muscles by being subjected stretches alien to them.  Whilst some golfers may scoff at the very idea of muscle workouts, by the end of a round they are usually the ones who whine about aches and pains in backs and legs.

The very nature of playing golf means your muscles are going to encounter twisting and straining, so adopting a correct golf swing is essential to prevent early exhaustion and things like muscle cramps.

In golf swing training, an important aspect is balance.  To achieve perfect balance requires strong leg muscles so performing leg strengthening exercises would be to your advantage.  Repeated golf swing training encourages the co-operation of all your muscles to achieve your goals.

There is more to golf swing training than the knowledge of how to swing properly.  It is not enough simply to be able get into the right position for balance or grip your club correctly.  You need to equip yourself mentally too.

It is no good thinking about work problems or the like when you are about to drive your ball down the fairway.  Unless you want to end up in the woods or water of course.  You need to hold positive thoughts in your mind and envisage exactly where you want your ball to go and then with grip, balance and your eyes on the ball, let your swing come naturally.

If you want to improve your golf swing it is essential that you practice muscle workouts to ensure that you are able to avoid any physical aches and pains.

Lose Belly Fat With A Chi Machine

Posted on Feb 19, 2010 under Flatten Stomach, Lifetime Fitness, Men's Health, Uncategorized, Weight Loss | No Comment

Do you aspire to lose belly fat and feel better about yourself?

Each one of us has diverse motives for longing to lose belly fat and choosing your reasons will help you to target the finish line and the effects you expect to accomplish.  Your reasons for needing to lose weight will differ from others, so help yourself to focus on your goal line and the effects you expect to realize by choosing your options.  To achieve maximum outcome, you could track the recommendation of the American Dietetic Association and fix yourself short-term, intermediate and long term goals.

Developing a scheme of action is the 1st step towards fat reduction together with healthy way of life.

Begin by assessing your aims.  Do you want to keep up with your younger friends in your favorite sport or maybe it is being able to fit once again into your favorite clothes?

You have prepared your goals, now you need to consider how to achieve your goals.  A change in daily activities by introducing an exercise and healthy eating regime is what most people need to achieve their aims.

One way of attaining your purpose of a new, improved lifestyle is to use a Chi Machine.  By providing passive movement through means of an elliptical motion, a Chi Machine can help to improve lymphatic system drainage and circulation.  This can help to make your dietary and active exercise plan more effective by helping to eliminate toxins from your body.

Using a Chi Machine like the Super Chi Machine CY106S following a long, hard day, can help you to unwind and prevent you from overeating as a reply to the stresses affecting your life.  You can build a structure by making a Chi Machine a daily part of your weight reducing strategy and combining it with the other parts of your diet regime.  Think about employing your Chi Machine for five-15 minutes each day, either prior to or after your other exercises or before eating a healthy snack.  A Chi Machine can help you to decrease your catabolic metabolism and raise your anabolic metabolism and thus make it easier to halt that descending spiral brought on by increasing weight and lack of exercise.  The negative power of catabolic metabolism might contribute to the downward spiral of poor health and belly fat by inhibiting your efforts to lose belly fat

The most important factor in attaining successful weight loss is setting up a regime plus remaining with it.  A Chi Machine can help you with this and enable you to achieve your goals.

Simply imagine your elation when you lose belly fat and manage to flatten your stomach revealing that ripped sixpack abs.  You can do it you know.

Below is a video that I found on YouTube that will give you an idea of how the Chi Machine works:
