This is a good little ab workout. Hitting it from all angles with good variety. I use the vastmuscle (.com) workouts and nutrition and have had similar results with a similar plan. Could not be happier.

How do you train your Sternocleidomastoid?
The people that work at the gym tell me that you shouldnt go so low when you do the medicine ball exercise(withouth the medicine ball) –> because you will put pressure on your lower back…
