Do you have exercise equipment at home or go to the gym?
Question by The French Connection: Do you have exercise equipment at home or go to the gym?
i have an ab lounger, core extender and a treadmill, some weights………and a big TV in the exercise room, too….i’d rather sweat at home, what about you?

i exercise at home to…its alot more comfortable, and last year i used to go to the gym but the guys there were creepy =/

My parents have an at-home gym. I’m only allowed to use the treadmill, though.
At home on my own time I have exercise equipment too.
at home, it’s easier to make sure I actually do it that way, I know plenty of people say the exact opposite but for me it is..
I just do exercises with my body at home. Push ups, crunches..
etc. Plus my job keeps me active.
