Fat Melting Cardio with No Equipment

Just did your workout and it worked. I did 5 mins continuous for each part and 1 minute interval per part. The gastrocnemius and the biceps muscle at the back of my leg feels pumped after the workout and I’m also sweating a lot. I’ve tried to do a few exercises you’ve shown before like the two finger push up (still working on the single arm technique ) and the pillow lift up which I can do now without support for 100 times. Thanks for doing this.
