Recently, there seems to be a subtle shift by weight loss experts on the best way to lose weight and flatten your stomach. The trend is gradually moving away from a diet regime and going towards your actual relationship with food by focussing on healthy foods and psychology.
There is a choice now of the conventional diet or a more realistic holistic approach to losing belly fat.
