Is Dieting Becoming Old Fashioned?

Hi Everyone,


Recently, there seems to be a subtle shift by weight loss experts on the best way to lose weight and flatten your stomach.  The trend is gradually moving away from a diet regime and going towards your actual relationship with food by focussing on healthy foods and psychology.

There is a choice now of the conventional diet or a more realistic holistic approach to losing belly fat.  The holistic way is to eat meals containing a healthy balance of nutrients together with educating yourself with the knowledge of recognizing and overcoming the triggers that cause you to overeat.

Instead of a strict schedule of what you can and cannot eat that often makes you think of being deprived of food, you are encouraged to focus on the food that you are eating so a modest amount makes you feel satisfied.  The emphasis is on portion size rather than the amount of calories.

This holistic approach may allow a much better way of controlling your weight.

Of course, there will always those of you who prefer a weight loss regime that is worked out for you, but for those who would like to try something different, this alternative holistic approach could be the answer.
