Your plan to lose belly fat and flatten your stomach may be sabotaged by simply not sleeping properly. Studies have shown that not having enough sleep could cause you to feel hungry during the day. This is because a hormone that signals your brain that you are no longer hungry is produced whilst you are sleeping. The lack of sleep results in a weaker hormone that may not be able to send the signal.
If your weight loss efforts are not going to plan, it may be that you need more sleep.
