Going from Gym to at home Exercises, anyone done this?
Hello, I’ve had a Bally Total Fitness membership for some time now. In the new year, I won’t be paying for it anymore because I can’t afford it. I’m going to start working out at home, and hopefully I’ll be able to get my own equipment. But until then, I’ll be doing the old fashion push-ups and sit-ups. Do you think my build will suffer because of this? Are there any special tips that you can lead me to on the net or any suggestions for my morning work out at home that can help me keep the physique that I have now? I’m not even trying to be really big. I just want to keep my abs and pecks in shape until I can get my gym equipment for my own home.

I have done this also, mainly because of the affordability.I have two dumbells that I use and soon i will be getting more equipment,as money becomes available. You in the mean time can do sit ups, push ups, single legged squats, single legged calve raises, tricep lifts between two chairs, chin ups on a bar and many others…just use your imagination.I don`t think your build will suffer, not for a while until it senses the drop in volume/weight that you used to use.Doing something is better than doing nothing at all.
