Help choosing at home fitness equipment, please?
Question by Time to change my name!: Help choosing at home fitness equipment, please?
Hello, I would like to purchase something to use inside this winter to get my cardio done. I have a treadmill, I’m looking at the elliptical trainers as an alternative? Which would be better, one of those or a stationary bicycle? I am looking to get the most work out for the hour I do each morning.
Thanks to all in advance.

Definitely an elliptical trainer, they work out out harder than a stationary bike and you can burn more calories but they are better for your knees and easier for people who are new to working out than a treadmill. Elliptical machines are great ways to work out
Not a good purchase,
When the item arrived I was able to put the item together very easily. The instructions were great and easy to follow. I got all the way to the end and found that the wires used to measure speed, distance, pulse, etc. were cut. The item did not work because of this and I had to go through and take the entire bike back apart and get it to fit back in the box properly to return it. I purchased a Weslo recumbent bike instead and it works perfect and is a much better product for less than I paid for this bike.
