How to get motivated to go to the gym?
Okay, I signed up for the club Anytime Fitness, which I really regret, been paying out my butt and haven’t been using the membership like I should. At first it was okay, but they have very limited fitness equipment, and then more members started joining, and of course it’s anytime fitness, and they’ll stay on the equipment for an hour or more if they want. So, I realized the only time to go to be able to breath and use a machine is at 4 a.m. no later! And which I’m not a morning person, And, I don’t go to bed until 10pm or later, since I work until 9pm. Anyway to get me to get motivated to get up that early to go work out? And, not be so tired? Thanks!

Join another gym. That simple. I would not get up at 4 a.m. just because of the gym’s inadequacy.
get something smaller like a size u wana put on the just go 4 it put it in ure mind dat u will get in to dat
Quit that gym, and ask for a refund. Join a gym with enough equipment for all its participants. Or, purchase your own home gym.
You need another gym. I assume you have a contract with Anytime. Talk to them about getting out of it, explaining that there are just no machines open when you can go. Join a gym like Gold’s that offers group fitness classes, which are tons of fun and very motivating! You might have to get a little mean with Anytime as they aren’t going to want to cancel your contract.
