I am gaining weight and fat as my job involves continuous sitting in chair. So I went to a gym, but I cannot continue with their timings.

I have a hall of 20 feet X 15 Feet, please suggest me in very low cost which equipment should I buy for my simple fitness requirement (I don’t want body-building)

Please suggest me the name of equipment along with approximate cost
