Lol, maybe they don’t understand that using heavier weights makes it easier not harder.

correct me if I am wrong. If I use one of the assited dip/pull up machines as in this video. I weigh in now at 290 pounds, if say I put the weight stack on 100lbs Im only lifting 100lbs of my body weight right?
and if I put it on the lighter weight say 50 Im lifting Im lifting 240lbs of my weight?

eg:Incline dumbell press – 3×8-10 im new to weight training
and i dont know what to do or how many to lift
