What’s wrong with the movement at 0:33 ?
although arnie would use a slight pulldown when trying to genrate more momentum with heavyer wieghts

yea whats wrong with 0:33 agian….doesnt look like you are doing it right cuz i dont see any results from your arms
he is showing how NOT to do it.
this is tricep PUSHDOWN, NOT EXTENSION RETARD.
Try both methods and see which one gives you the strongest contraction; I use to do mine with the elbows back tucked to the body and felt it strongly in my shoulder caps as I fatigued;
I discovered to put the elbows in front and push down and out and my triceps pump are crazy and i feel nothing in the shoulders as long as my alignment is tight and I don’t go crazy on the weights.
this machine is for our calves , not for the triceps. he is just gassing us.
look at 1:00 and then look at 0:33 and then u will see..
Yeah my bad he locks elbows in order not to use shoulders, only triceps with the proper way
there is nothing I have more muscle and I do not exercise

wow this happened to me yesterday until a random person showed it to me. boy did i felt like a fool. but yes, this is VERY effective.

actually you can feel it in you abs as well, but not by much. So it isn’t totally isolated
