I need a good fitness regime for weightloss?
I want a good fitness regime wihtout having to go to te gym to use equipment. i have a rowing machine and a punching bag at home. does anyone have a good regime to work on the stomach and arms and also help to lose weith?

If your BMI is below 25, then there is little need to lose weight. Your machines are just fine to assist in muscle building for your arms and stomach. Do not let them go to waste.
I would still like you to monitor your food consumption to ensure good fitness level. Try these principles:
1. Control your carbohydrate intake which means less rice or starch based foods and no flour-based products. You can have ANY amount of fowl, fish, eggs, vegetables and sea foods as you desire.
2. Refrain from taking sugar and any sugar based products. Check the packaging labels when you next go shopping.
3. Exercise using the above equipment three times weekly. You can alternate with brisk walking for about 45 minutes duration also thrice weekly but do not overdo it.
