hi guys, i joined the gym since its summer.. im not very happy with my body, i need to lose some fat around my thighs and abdominal area. I have two months to workout and i want to see results fast, so which cardio machine or equipment should i use for trimming my thighs?
PS: ive already started eating healthy!

No one can possibly know what equipment your gym has. As is, ask someone who works there for advice, join a class or hire a personal trainer.

Dont waist your time with cardio or ab exercises… The best ab exercises are full body exercises…
Stick with bodyweight exercises like lunges, squats and push ups. Youll get a nice toned legs, waist and butt – not big and bulky
Make sure you are eating real, natural foods – lean meats, veggies, fruits – no processed junk!
