There were actually much more…I would have included everyones, but I’m limited by the length of the video. Thank you to everyone who entered though, and you all won the real prize…which is improving your body and getting in better shape. It’s really inspiring to see everyone on YouTube that’s started with the M-100s workouts. And you can see from the comments that lots of people have gotten great results just from doing this quick 3 minute bodyweight workout alone. If you want to start getting in shape, M-100s are a great way to start! It just takes 3 minutes, it’s super simple to learn, and you don’t need any equipment. And as you can see from the comments…it’s an INTENSE, and very effective workout. @bryzakay1 your dominant hand is stronger than your other hand. And also you use ur dominant hand for everything like throwing football, shooting hoops, jerking off and over the years it gets bigger. i have the exact same problem with my whole left arm what i am doing is training for lift bicep extra hard and not training the left.
2:04 is my favourite part , he does it so cool
I do 3-5 mile jog/running 4x’s a week. But these m100s really kick my ass all the time, def a good workout no doubt!

@bryzakay1 well your form may be off, and it is obvious that you are stronger in your left arm than right. When you do curls, keep your elbows locked in on your sides and go slow on the way down to get the good muscle stretch and strong on the way up. But to answer your question you may be doing something a bit off with your right arm that your not aware about because it has become a habit. Maybe slow down your reps and really focus on the biceps

Mike u r awesome! I’ve been training for 2 years plus on HIIT, faced some health issues went from 105+ kg to now 84 kg. I have done it through my personal trainer. I see him for like a couple of months, he will teach me a few things. Then I will go out and do my own thing and come back when I need to reach the next level. On my time alone I like to watch your videos for ideas on my routines and implement them with my workouts. Keep up the great videos and knowledge A+++
