are these terrell owens bands?
@discokid80 The resistance bands I’m using in this video are called Elite Cords.
Resistance bands… ROFL
Hey – I’m interested in buying your Mode Workouts DVD and I have a question about it – are they just exercises separately or the entire workout sets together? Or do you tell use how to piece the exercises together correctly to get the best workout possible?
Mike;
what’s the difference between your bands and the terrel owen-brand bands?
@euie48 The TO Bands include 7 bands and the Elite Cords include 5. TO Bands cost over 30% more than the Elite Cords. The Elite Cords have better clipping mechanism than the TO Bands. The Elite Cords have a better workout DVD than the TO Bands. Otherwise, the two systems are pretty much identical.
How do you know how much resistence your body can handle? Like Im 5’5 and 120lbs how much resistence could I use?
Sorry for so many questions lol.
@gbritaney The amount of external resistance you use will be based on your strength. If you’re exercising for fat-burning and general fitness, and you can perform 12 to 15 reps with a certain resistance, then you should increase the resistance to keep challenging yourself and getting results.
@modeathletics Thanks again. Its just to keep fit and maintain the muscle I already have. Thanks!
