Don’t Let Side Stitch Affect Your Lifetime Fitness Routine

If you experience a sharp pain under the lower edge of your ribcage when running or doing exercises to lose belly fat, you are probably suffering from what is called a side stitch. Nothing to do with sewing of course [grin.]
