Comments on NSD Powerball – How To Start The NSD Powerball Gyroscope With Thumb
@nelbox81 Well, because it’s an instruction video on how to use the powerball gyroscope and how to start it with your thumb
wtf is a powerball
@aldo2k6 It is for increasing strength, co-ordination and dexterity in hands, wrists, arms and upper body. So it is great for:
1) Fitness.
2) Sports/games that require arm and/or wrist strength.
3) Musicians.
4) Rehabilitation after wrist or arm injuries.
5) Treatment and prevention of RSI, Carpal Tunnel, Arthritis and Tendonitis.
That should cover it all…., I think
I’ve had mine for 4 days and have 4 blisters. Fun though.
its just fucking awesome
hahaa, had mine 3 days, no blisters but a lot of pain on my forearms
Wow, that guy can really jerk it! LOL!
Seriously, I just bought one and it’s great for carpal tunnel rehab.
If you have a guitar and a synth pedal (or software) then put one of these powerball thingies next to you pickup while its spinning and the guitar is on. the noises are freakin awesome, best with synth pedal tho.
i can’t get it to start
i’ve been trying for an hour now, any advice? else i’ll have to use the string forever i guess…
@vvvdv Try to get your powerball going with the string at the lowest speed possible first, and then just keep on trying
That’s the best way you’ll get the hang of it. Hope that helped.
can it increase the power of your punch?
i also found it easier to get it going after mine had been worn in abit, for some reason, that might just be me though
@chris0419 Yes definitely. The powerball gyroscope is for increasing strength, co-ordination and dexterity in hands, wrists, arms and upper body. So it’s great for:
1) Fitness.
2) Sports/games that require arm and/or wrist strength.
3) Much, much more…
is this better or the dynaflex? how much is this?
@yomom12 I don’t know which one is better, the dynaflex or the nsd powerball. I never used the dynaflex to be honest. The reason I buy NSD powerballs (I also have the limited edition Signature Series) is because I think they look cooler and they seem to offer a better service (25 year Gold warranty and a full money back guarantee). Oh, and they range between $24.99 – $189.95. Hope that helped
what does this ball do please answer
what is it supposed to do?
OMG i finally got it started thanks to you thank you so much.
Are you supposed to fight against the movement once it starts? or just try to spin as fast as you can??
@alexF753 Well, both
First you try to spin it fast as you can, as soon as you’re going with the powerball’s flow and then you will need to fight against the movement due to the inertia it generates. Here, let me quote the site: “…the faster you spin the inner rotor the more inertia it generates and the more resistance it subsequently inflicts upon the fingers, hands, wrists, arms and shoulders.” Hope that helped.
@DutchBlogger thanks
That’s awesome
can this ball control you hand ?
does it use any batterys??? or does it selfpower when it starts moving….??
this is really a nifty machine you can hardly hold it still while it is at high speed
must-buy item !!!!
