Hi Everyone,


If your are like me, just standing in front of a mirror thinking that just looking at the results of all that festive overeating.  All the hard work involved in working off your belly fat just to see it back again is enough to make a guy cry.  What did I eat all that food for?  To be honest, not all of it has reappeared but, just enough to spoilt my reflection in the mirror.

Weight loss is now a much talked about subject because, apart from the health risks, most men want to lose belly fat and flatten their stomachs. They want to look good. So why is it then that the majority just do not manage to reduce their excess weight successfully?

Obesity is a high profile problem at the moment because, regardless of all the publicity, help available and the almost $40 billion diet market in the U.S.; the numbers of obese people are increasing. Obesity related ailments account for a large amount of deaths.

There seems to be so much confusing information and contradictory weight loss studies that it is difficult to know which method is best. In consequence, many people looking to lose weight are left in a quandary as to which approach to make.

The best approach to make is just simple common sense.

Why not begin with lots of fresh fruit as a healthy and fun element of your weight loss plan? Reject the usual bacon and eggs or cereals for breakfast and replace them with watermelon, oranges, bananas or mangoes, whatever fruit you fancy. Just think, you could eat fruits until lunchtime without worrying about high calories or harmful fats.

Restrict your meat intake if you can to perhaps, three meals per week. Fill the spare place on your plate with more salads but, either forget the dressings or use only lot fat ones sparingly.

If you can, avoid eating processed foods. Some of these are promoted as healthy foods but, can have relatively low nutrition. Eat wholesome foods instead as they contain good nutrition and will help keep you active.

Vastly increase your intake of vegetables and eat them as raw if you can. Steaming is better than boiling, but raw is best. Make vegetables and fruits a large part of your diet, because these are the magic ingredients to successful weight loss.

Reduce your consumption of dairy products, especially the full fat ones. You can still enjoy them, but eat the low fat ones instead.

Lastly, you need to start a regular daily exercise routine and get your heart and muscles active. Follow the advice given and you will achieve more energy and optimum health. The secret is to make it your permanent goal to attain good health and nutrition.

Excess weight will not be your only problem if you live an unhealthy lifestyle, diseases will find it easier to attack you also.
