<p>i think i&#8217;ll end up at around 147lb after xmas, i hope to lose at least 5lb on a juicefast/fast/fruitfast for 6 days (2 days of each) then i want to lose an additional 15lb before feb 1. best way to go about it? thanks!!!</p>
<p>(note: i am a sufferer. have been in recovery. am trying to lose recovery/christmas weight after christmas and my fasty thing) and if it makes any difference i&#8217;m 5&#8217;8/145 atm.<br />

i&#8217;ve been in recovery which is why i&#8217;m so fat<br />
(i got out at 180lb and i&#8217;ve lost 35lb. i need to lose 15lb in january.)<br />
its not that i&#8217;m not motivated<br />
cant afford a gym, and my parents are waiting till there is a sale at target or w/e so they can buy an elliptical</p>
<p>most i can do is a 1/2 hour walk and stretches till my muscles hurt (which doesnt burn calories)</p>
<p>im trying to get my parents to rent a treadmill. idk if it&#8217;ll work though<br />
alliana: i&#8217;ve already been in recovery. i weighed 105 and was 5&#8217;7. which wasnt even that skinny.<br />
but anyway most i ever lost was 10lb in a month.

<p>P.S. Most machines that made for butt also make you have muscles on your legs. I don&#8217;t want it since my legs look great. My only problem is my flatty skinny butt

I currently weigh 220 at 5&#8217;9, I&#8217;m 17 years old, and have a BFP(body fat percentage) of 37%. I don&#8217;t know whether to work on Cardio machines 1st or Weightlifting 1st, or if i should just combine them both, but how. How should i workout, if I really want to lose 60 pounds and get muscle as I burn fat. I want to get nice, toned, good looking ripped muscles, and I know i need to burn that fat &#8230;Can anyone please guide me and provide any information about working out or a workout program that is fit for me? Info. on diet plans, working out plans, and any other general facts about this topic will be helpful.</p>

 i exercise everyday but mostly cardio<br />
i also want to build muscle  not to much  just i wanna have a fast metabolism and long, lean, toned muscles but lose all the body fat (i am also on a healthy, good, diet)<br />
i dont really have access to a gym<br />
the fitness equipment i have is<br />
two 3lb dumbells, one of those fitness balls (the big blow-up ones), a leg press machine and a ski machine (kinda like an elliptical but you arms and legs move independently which = a more efficient workout)<br />
does anyone know of any good workouts or any websites that have them<br />
