I was just checking out Technogym’s Wellness Rack on the lifestyle site JuliB. It seems like Technogym is making some of the sleeker excercise machines out there.
I love this machine they have it at the gym I go to, it is awesome.
it works your outer and inner hamstring, glute, and quad muscles as opposed to only the front and back. this machine is amazing! It works your legs in a way that they are normally ignored. It is great for athletes and cross training or working on those pesky “trouble” spots on your thighs.

I used this machine as a guest in a gym in Pismo Beach CA and I LOVED IT so much i want to buy one for the home….anyone out there have a home version and any recommendations?
