I love this machine so much, I have trouble with my legs I have larger then average calves, being a women it is something that I hated. When I used this machine at my gym I SWEAR that I could already see my legs and even my calves starting to finally get some nice shape. It wasnt long before my legs looked the best they have ever looked, And I had tried EVERYTHING prior to this and nothing ever worked. I wish I could buy one for home but they are just so expensive! – If your Gym has one, TRY IT!! You will love the burn! Its Fun too!

I used this machine as a guest in a gym in Pismo Beach CA and I LOVED IT so much i want to buy one for the home….anyone out there have a home version and any recommendations?

it works your outer and inner hamstring, glute, and quad muscles as opposed to only the front and back. this machine is amazing! It works your legs in a way that they are normally ignored. It is great for athletes and cross training or working on those pesky “trouble” spots on your thighs.
