Facebook: on.fb.me Twitter: bit.ly 1. Round one: 10 air squats followed by 5 Hindu pushups (5 minutes, then take a 30 second break) 2. Round two: One arm dumbbell get up followed by 3 one-arm/one-leg rows (5 minutes, the take a 30 second break) 3. Round three (do each exercise for 30 seconds and do these 4 workouts 2 times): Dumbbell piston, squat thrusts, dumbbell high pull, narrow grip pushups 4. Round four (30 seconds each exercise, repeat these 3 twice): Step back lunge, dumbbell Y-press, rotational curls 5. Round five (30 seconds for these 3 movements): dumbbell prone row, dumbbell clean, dumbbell press, then combine all 3 of the movements into one and do for 2 minutes. This workout takes about 30 minutes and consists of five rounds that last for five minutes. I suggest using some type of stop watch to make sure you’re doing each exercise for the appropriate time and taking the right amount of break between. Work hard and don’t let the lighter weights deceive you. This is a good workout that you can do every other day or every third day. I hope you enjoy! this is 1 part of the G.S.P. RUSHFIT programme that michael has reviewed on his channel. its an excellent workout routine, which i would recommend to do for all round fat loss and lean muscle gain. George St Pierre is a legend in the MMA and UFC.

Would you be willing to upload the entire workout from beginning to end? Kind of like those exercise shows on TV that talk you through each exercise.
Even if you had to add a voiceover after the video was filmed describing what to do, how much time is left, etc, it would be helpful for timings and transitions!

@leanbodylifestyle man I just got done doing this workout and it was painful. around the 4th round I was like “I think im going to die”. But I pulled through thanks for the workout!!
@PriestShark74 if you go to his channel and look at one of his videos you should do it 3-4 times a week. XD

the lightest dumbbell i hav is 25 pounds……what shud i do?? (serious question by the way)
Great workout except…,
It’s not heavy and doesn’t take up space so serves well as a everyday exercise station. I use it while I watch a sitcom. It doesn’t give you a toned body in 1 week, but I bought it for a long-term health improvement so I think it’s perfect for that purpose. The only complaint I had is the connecting piece of the resistance band was made of thin plastic so it broke when I was trying to connect it to the machine, so I never got to use the band. I am using regular 3lb weight instead, and they work just as well. This might be the one I can stick with.

|Mini Stepper Review,
I was looking for a simple Mini Stepper to use with my exercise routine. After scouring the web, I ordered one at a large (nameless) department store which was shipped out in a week, but broken, so I returned it to the store. Then I decided to visit my usual source “Amazon.com” and found one that was suitable for my needs and at the right price.
It was shipped within the week and was in excellent condition. The mini stepper is easy to set up and use and offers a variety of exercises using the resistance bands. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this mini stepper for anyone who wants to use it for general use or for “Surge training”.

|Worthless exercise equipment,
The resistance band clips are made of plastic. They broke upon the very first installation, rendering the bands unusable.
The odometer only works sporadically, then shuts itself off in the middle of a workout. You can never tell how long you’ve been on the equipment, making it impossible to get an accurate calorie count, step count, etc.
The machine is not very quiet. My downstairs neighbors are able to hear it. It puts out a bit too much noise for being so new. The stepping itself too often results in hitting the ground, as opposed to being supported in mid-step.
Working-out for twenty minutes, you don’t even break a sweat, or even get winded.
I recommend you spend a few more dollars, and get a higher quality machine.
