Reduce your consumption of dairy products, especially the full fat ones. You can still enjoy them, but eat the low fat ones instead.
Lastly, you need to start a regular daily exercise routine and get your heart and muscles active. Follow the advice given and you will achieve more energy and optimum health. The secret is to make it your permanent goal to attain good health and nutrition.
