Question by blahblah: want to tone up! little time and few resources!?
OK- I don’t have a place to run- no gym and no outdoor space where I can run. But I don’t need to lose weight or anything so I don’t think that should matter too much.
What I want to do is tone up my stomach and arms and butt. Like I said, I don’t need to lose weight- maybe just two or three pounds but no big deal. I’m on a good diet so that shouldn’t matter.
I need advice on exercises that I can do at home without any equipment to tone up my butt, arms and tummy. I have a pair of hand weights- that’s it! Sit-ups, lifting weights, what else? Can you recommend any good exercises that you can do at home?
I have two weeks.

push ups, sit ups, and flutter kicks.

Try thegreenbody.com, they have a few good workouts you can do at home. Other than that, the normal sit-ups, push-ups, etc…on a side note, that message you left on my question was “real”. I usually go on yahoo to answer questions but got myself caught up in the politics section of it all. I was just posting that to be dumb and piss off a few people, but you made an excellent observation. Bravo! Since you didn’t accept messages i decided to send you one in this. Good Luck!
