What fitness equipment and plan would you recommend for this situation?
Hi, I’m a Uni student with a plan to spend at least 30mins a day on a home exercise programme (can’t afford the gym). I’d like to slim down, build up my upper body muscles and trim/tone my stomach (I’m short 5′ 5" if that’s relevant); practically full body really. I used to ride a bike extensively for 2 years which built up my legs but its no longer convenient in the city. Ideally I’m looking for fairly inexpensive (<£100 total) equipment and a plan that will help me achieve this. So far I own a set of 15kg dumbells. Any advice including diet would be great, thanks.
