what type of workout should i do??
ok so basically
i exercise everyday but mostly cardio
i also want to build muscle not to much just i wanna have a fast metabolism and long, lean, toned muscles but lose all the body fat (i am also on a healthy, good, diet)
i dont really have access to a gym
the fitness equipment i have is
two 3lb dumbells, one of those fitness balls (the big blow-up ones), a leg press machine and a ski machine (kinda like an elliptical but you arms and legs move independently which = a more efficient workout)
does anyone know of any good workouts or any websites that have them

oooh! there are TONS of workouts that can be done on the swiss ball you have.
i was watching them on youtube the other day, let me go look for them now. and i’ll add the link after.
