Whats the best machine for slimming down your legs and thighs?
Ok next month Im signing up at my local gym to work on my legs and thighs. I want to slim them down by Christmas time (I know that my body burns fat from all over not just one place). My gym offers the following machines:
Body Master Strength equipment
Life Fitness treadmills
Elliptical
Tetric & Schwin bicycles
Stairmasters
Graviton
Trampoline
Which one would be the best for toning & slimming down my legs & thighs?

You’re probably in perfect shape already judging by your age, weight, and height.
However, I would recommend using the elliptical. It can target your glutes (butt) and thighs (depending on what setting you put it on)!
Even doing exercises like squats and lunges tone and slim out all three targets (your glutes, thighs, and calfs).

I think the Elliptical would be the best
You dont really need a machine to do this. Just run or do yoga will have a better afftect on slimming down your legs. Machines will just bulk you up. Do yoga poses will slim your legs better then machines
I think that the best machine to slim down the legs and thighs would be a treadmill.
Not only could it trim the size of your legs and thighs, it could workout the entire body as well. It’s like an overall package.
Make sure you jog at least 30 – 45 minutes daily or run 15 for minutes and jog another 30 minutes daily in order to achieve your goals.
For beginner, you can start jogging 30 minutes first. Normally the fitness instructors in any gym would guide you on how to go about the treadmill(basic stuff).
With your combined diet (as stated above), i think you should be able to achieve your goals soon.
*Extra tips :- Find a gym that offers classes (like body combat, body jam or other les mills programmes). Go for all the classes, choose your most preferred and go for it whenever you can.
