Which one of these cardio equipment burns the most fat in the same amount of time?
1. Cross trainers
2. Elliptical machines
3. Stair climbers
4. Bikes
5. Treadmills
The reason I ask is because I just got a great deal in the mail for a fitness club membership and I’m seriously thinking about joining. I’m not overweight, but I do have a little fat … a little … to lose around the belly area. I want to have my six pack showing by hopefully August. I checked out the website of the club and this is the equipment it listed for cardio exercises.
By the way, I don’t even know what a cross trainer is. If you can paint a picture for me, that’d be great.
So, which one burns the most fat? Thanks!

Cross-trainers and elliptical machines are escentially the same thing.
The elliptical machine will help you burn the most fat, because they include arm movements. It helps if you can find a machine that with a heart rate monitor, so you make sure you are at your target heart rate.
treadmills…..they burn the most fat because you work the HARDEST on treadmill.
